Richardson Water Well Drilling Company, inc., is a family owned and operated company established in 1962. We are licensed and insured and a member of the Texas Ground Water Association.
After years in the oil field, Bub Richardson decided to start his own business. He opened Richardson Water Well Drilling Company, Inc., in 1962 and provided water to cities, ranch owners and residents across South Texas until his death resulting from a car accident in 1995. Sons, Farris and Jesse, took the reigns and have run a successful business partnership for 22 years.

With the support of his wife and business partner, Izetta, Bub started RWW Drilling with one drilling rig and one pickup truck. His ultimate goal was sending his children and someday his grandchildren to college.

Farris Richardson, Owner
Farris attended Texas A&I University, while helping out weekends and holidays at the family business. He graduated and began working full-time at RWW Drilling in 1974. Since his father's passing in 1995, Farris has been the heartbeat of the business, managing operations and servicing customers with utmost pride any day of the week. As shown in the photo above, his children gifted him an afternoon in a race car for his 60th birthday.
Jesse Richardson - Owner
Jesse graduated from Texas Tech University in 1973 where he played football before returning to the family business. Jessie supervised major projects and served clients at all levels, pictured here with his grandson.
